What is Coinperps?

Coinperps is a free crypto derivatives data site. It aggregates perpetual futures data from the largest centralised and decentralised exchanges into one place: funding rates, open interest, liquidations, long/short ratios and volume for 188 markets, plus independent exchange reviews, comparisons and referral offers.

What are perpetual futures?

Perpetual futures (perps) are futures contracts with no expiry date. They track an asset's price so you can go long or short with leverage without holding it. A funding rate paid between longs and shorts every few hours keeps the contract close to the spot price. Read our guides.

What does the funding rate tell you?

Positive funding means longs pay shorts, so traders are paying up to hold long positions; negative funding means shorts pay longs. Very high or very negative funding shows a crowded trade. Compare funding rates by exchange.

How are open interest and liquidations used?

Open interest is the value of all open positions: rising open interest means new money entering a market. Liquidations are positions force-closed when margin runs out; a large wave of long liquidations often marks a flush-out. Open interest · Liquidations.

How often is the data updated?

Market data refreshes every few minutes from each exchange's public API. Funding rates show the current rate per interval, and 24h figures are rolling 24-hour windows. Prices and totals in the ticker and on this page update when you load it.

Which exchange is best for perpetual futures?
